En emergencias de comunicaciones, monitoreo de W1AW como sigue:
En fonía cada hora en la hora, en modo digital a la hora y quince y CW a la media hora.
Todos los radioaficvionados licenciados pueden operar la estación de 1500 UTC a 1700 UTC (10MA a 12 PM EST), y de 1800 a 2045 UTC (1PM a 3:45 PM EST) de Lunes a Viernes. Esté seguro de que tiene su licencia o fotocopia de la misma con usted.
